These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Touch miner Mobile Mining App's website, located at https://touchminer.com. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue using our services immediately.
In these Terms:
"Client," "You," "Your" refers to you, the user of this website or our services.
"Touch miner," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Touch miner Mobile Mining.
"Party," "Parties" refers collectively to both the user and Touch miner.

All materials on this website are the intellectual property of Touch miner or its licensors. Users are granted a limited license to access the materials strictly for personal use, subject to the following restrictions:

Users with free accounts (defined as accounts without an initial deposit) are subject to the following conditions before initiating withdrawal requests:
Minimum Spending Requirement: Free account users must spend at least $100 on gift boxes and an additional $100 on package purchases to be eligible for withdrawals.
Deposited Accounts Exemption: Accounts with deposits are exempt from the above spending requirements and may initiate withdrawals without restrictions.
Withdrawal Process: Once the eligibility criteria are met, withdrawal requests will be processed per Touch miner’s standard withdrawal procedures and timelines.
Changes to Terms: Touch miner reserves the right to modify these conditions. Users are responsible for staying informed about the most recent terms.
Multi-Account Restrictions: Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts to exploit the system. If we detect multiple accounts from the same user, they may be flagged for review.
No Multi-Hedging: Users are not allowed to engage in multi-hedging or similar practices that can be considered an attempt to manipulate the system or bypass the established rules.
Ban on Fraudulent Activities: Accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity, including creating multiple accounts to claim rewards or withdraw funds improperly, will be permanently banned. Touch miner reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Touch miner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Touch miner’s operational jurisdiction.
